Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date will forfeit the deposit unless the reservation can be rebooked or rescheduled at the Captain's discretion. If TripleB Wine Tours cancels a tour due to weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any deposit or payments made. Guests are encouraged to arrive at their designated pickup location on time. Tours may be shortened if a delayed arrival impacts the scheduled itinerary. We understand that unexpected situations arise and will do our best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests whenever possible.
